Three-sport star athlete Cece Powell has enjoyed an illustrious run at Marcellus.
The senior was named the All-Central New York Female athlete of the year for the 2024-25 season, and she was part of a Mustangs girls soccer squad that captured the New York State Class B crown in 2024.
