Abel O. Taylor
Deerfield, NH – Abel Owen Taylor, 9, of Deerfield, shed his broken body afflicted by CdLS and CDH on Saturday, March 7, 2026.
He was the first-born son of Bradley and Deana (Twining) Taylor of Deerfield and the best big brother to Beckett.
Abel was always on the go when he wasn’t sick. He loved to play the piano, listen to music, go outside and swing or playing in the water. He loved his dog Harley and his sloth stuffy was his favorite.
Abel was welcomed into heaven by his maternal grandfather, Mark Twining and his dog Hero.
Besides his parents and brother, Abel will be remembered fondly by his paternal grandparents, Richard and Karen Taylor of Berlin and his maternal grandparents, Dawn Weiland and her husband Kurt of Franklin, aunt, Rebecca Mailloux and her husband Thomas, uncles, Mark and Hunter Twining and Christopher Taylor, cousins, Zoie, Ben, Drew, Grace and Colton as well as his home care nurses, hospital staff at Boston Children’s Hospital and the CAPE team.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 4PM-7PM at the Roan Family Funeral Home – Still Oaks Chapel, 1217 Suncook Valley Highway, Epsom. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 11AM at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen. Abel’s favorite color was yellow, if you are planning to attend services, please consider wearing some yellow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fisher House of Boston, P. O.
