A CHILLY and rainy Monday ahead

High temperatures Monday will only reach the 50s across the state! That will feel 20-30 degrees cooler for some of us.

Showers and thunderstorms will persist through Monday morning and afternoon across SE Nebraska.

Additional rain totals could range from 0.50″-1,00″+ in parts of SE Nebraska. If you see ponding on the roadways, turn around and don’t drown! There has already been reports of localized flooding in low lying areas.

A Rainy and chilly Monday across the state. Tuesday and Wednesday, temperatures in the upper 60s under sunny skies. Thursday, we warm back up and could see some rain showers by the evening time. The weekend will look to be a bit warmer, before our next system moves in bringing cooler air and storm chances.
