RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Two men were arrested Thursday in connection to a deadly March shooting in Raleigh, police said.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, officers responded on March 15 around 9:41 p.m. to a reported shooting in the 5000 block of Wayne Street. They found 30-year-old Jayquan Montier Cobb, who was shot.

Cobb was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. He died from his injuries on March 18, according to Raleigh police.
Police said the two suspects in the shooting were identified as 32-year-old Raysean Calhoun and 32-year-old Anthony Jones.
With the assistance of the U.S. Marshal Service, police said they located and arrested Calhoun and Jones in Virginia.
Both Calhoun and Jones are charged with murder and possession of a firearm by a felon, according to Raleigh police.
Police said the two suspects will be extradited to Raleigh. Calhoun and Jones remain in custody in Virginia as Friday.
