Russian forces attack truck parking lot in Odesa region; one person killed, and others wounded

Russian forces attacked a truck parking lot in the southern part of the Odesa region, causing empty gasoline tankers and a gas tanker to catch fire; one person was killed, and four were wounded.

According to Ukrinform, Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, reported this on Facebook.

“Another cynical enemy attack on civilian infrastructure in the southern Odesa region. The enemy strikes caused a fire at the truck parking lot. Empty gasoline tankers and a gas tanker caught fire. Rescue workers quickly extinguished the fire. Unfortunately, one person was killed as a result of the attack. Four others were injured, and one of the victims was hospitalized,” Kiper said.

He noted that emergency services are working at the strike site. Efforts to address the aftermath of the enemy attack are ongoing.
