Haivanenko also stressed that recovery efforts continue in Pavlohrad following a strike on critical infrastructure. Some settlements in the Pavlohrad and Synelnykove districts remain without power.
Hospitals and the water supply system are operating on backup generators. The towns of Shakhtarske and Ternivka remain without centralized water supply but have reserve water stocks.
“Energy crews are doing everything possible to restore power,” Haivanenko said.
Later, he clarified that four people were injured in Dnipro, including a 34-year-old woman and three men aged 40, 42, and 57. All were hospitalized in moderate condition.
A four-story residential building was damaged in the attack. Damage assessments are ongoing.
