Border guards halt massive tank breakthrough in Dobropillia sector

In the Dobropillia sector, pilots from the Phoenix Unit of the Pomsta Border Guard Brigade, together with neighboring units, halted a Russian assault in which the enemy deployed dozens of armored vehicles.

According to Ukrinform, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported this and released a video.

“The occupiers spent a long time gathering the remnants of their ‘greatness’—there haven’t been such large-scale breakthrough attempts in our area of control for a long time. However, all this scrap metal was left burned in the fields and along the forest belts of the Donetsk region,” the State Border Guard Service noted.

In total, thanks to the efforts of the Phoenix pilots, nine tanks, two armored vehicles, three Grad multiple rocket launchers—which were intended to cover the movement of enemy equipment—and several dozen enemy personnel were eliminated.
