Teenagers arrested in Karakol for drug possession
AKIPRESS.COM – Police in Karakol rrested two teenagers for the illegal possession and use of drugs.
During a preventative operation named “Adolescent,” police inspected the “Antikino” establishment in Karakol. Inside one of the private rooms, officers discovered a substance resembling cannabis in the possession of Karakol resident M.M. (born 2006).
Forensic analysis confirmed the substance was cannabis straw concentrate (marijuana) with a net weight of 74 grams.
The investigation revealed that on September 8, M.M. collected wild cannabis near the village of Tash-Kyya and brought it to “Antikino” the following evening around 10:00 PM to consume with citizen N.Ch. (born 2006).
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 283 of the Criminal Code (Illegal manufacture of narcotic drugs without intent to sell). Investigative actions are complete, and the case materials have been forwarded to the court for consideration.
