Secretary-General of Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs meets State Secretary of Mongolian Foreign Ministry

AKIPRESS.COM – Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi met on Tuesday with State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Mongolia Lkhanaajav Munkhtushig, who is visiting the country, The Gulf Times reported.

The meeting reviewed bilateral cooperation and explored ways to further strengthen and advance it.

Qatar and Mongolia established diplomatic relations on January 23, 1998. In 2019, the two countries actively discussed expanding cooperation in trade, economy, culture, and sports.

During these discussions, Qatari officials specifically expressed interest in investment opportunities in Mongolia.
