President issues strict reprimand to Mayor of Osh Jenishbek Toktorbaev
AKIPRESS.COM – A strict reprimand has been issued to Mayor of Osh Jenishbek Toktorbaev on September 16, the Presidential Administration reported.
The reprimand was signed by President Sadyr Japarov. It states that Toktorbaev was disciplined for “improper performance of his official duties, expressed as a failure to comply with ethical norms.”
The reprimand was issued in accordance with several legal acts, including Article 71 of the Constitution and Article 88 of the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Toktorbaev was appointed to his position on January 23, 2025.
