Deputy Foreign Minister of Tajikistan meets with President of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Bangladesh

AKIPRESS.COM – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Idibek Qalandar met with President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Bangladesh for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Jadab Debnath in Dhaka on July 7, the Foreign Ministry of Tajikistan reported.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the attraction of Bangladeshi investors to the implementation of economic projects in Tajikistan, increasing the volume of bilateral trade, as well as organizing business forums, exhibitions of textile and agricultural products, and promoting cooperation in the field of tourism.

The Tajik delegation is currently in Dhaka to hold political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan and Bangladesh.
