Turkish President receives Foreign Ministers of OTS states

AKIPRESS.COM – On the margins of the Informal Meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) held in Istanbul on 7 March 2026, the Foreign Ministers of the OTS Member States and the Secretary General of the OTS were received by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

During the audience, the participants exchanged views on the current state of cooperation within the framework of the OTS, as well as on regional and international developments of common interest.

President Erdoğan underlined the importance Türkiye attaches to the strengthening of solidarity and cooperation among the Turkic States, and reiterated continued support for advancing the shared objectives of the Organization.

The Foreign Ministers and the Secretary General expressed their appreciation for Türkiye’s active role and contributions to the development of Turkic cooperation, and reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening coordination and partnership within the OTS framework.
