Low rates of health insurance observed in At-Bashy district
AKIPRESS.COM – Low rates of health insurance for citizens are observed in At-Bashy district of Naryn region. This was revealed at the district board meeting on the results of socio-economic development for the first half of the year.
Only 184 people took out health insurance policies in six months of 2024. This figure rose to 375 in nine months of 2025, of which 191 policies were extended or renewed.
However, these figures are still extremely small compared to the total population of the district.
5 people received health insurance in Kalinin village, 5 in Terek-Suu village, 8 in Acha-Kayindy village, 9 in Ak-Moyun village, 5 in Bolshevik village, and 19 in Kara-Suu village.
