Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan attends meeting on Preparations for Central Asia – Republic of Korea Summit

AKIPRESS.COM – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan A. Gurbanov participated in the second meeting of Senior Officials on preparations for the First Summit of Heads of State of the Central Asia-Republic of Korea format in Tashkent on June 16, the Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan reported.

The event was also attended by representatives of the Foreign Ministries of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan and the Republic of Korea.

The parties discussed the progress of preparations for the upcoming Summit, reviewed draft outcome documents, and exchanged views on further strengthening multifaceted cooperation between the Central Asian states and the Republic of Korea.
