Cabinet Chairman Kasymaliev opens Akylman Presidential School branch in Manas

AKIPRESS.COM – A branch of the Akylman Presidential School has opened in the city of Manas, Jalal-Abad region with participation of Cabinet Chairman Adylbek Kasymaliev.

The school has a capacity of 410 students. Following a three-stage selection process, 144 students have so far been admitted to grades 7 and 8.

The lyceum has 35 modern classrooms, specialized laboratories, a gym, swimming pool, assembly hall and sports ground.

Kasymaliev said the school provides all the necessary conditions for quality education, sports, and the creative and intellectual development of students.

‘Today, we are opening the third branch of the Akylman Presidential Lyceum in the country in the city of Manas. The first was opened three years ago in Cholpon-Ata, and the second opened yesterday in Talas. Lyceum branches will be established in all seven regions. Our goal is to raise a strong and intellectually capable generation of Kyrgyzstan,’ he said.

Students from across the country will study at the Manas branch, with the largest share of those admitted coming from Batken region.
