Bishkek school issues diplomas to four students who were not present during classes for a year
AKIPRESS.COM – The administration of school No. 29 in Bishkek illegally issued certificates of secondary general education.
It was established that four students of the 11th grade were not actually present at classes during the school year, the mayor’s office reported. The personal files of these students were missing, which indicates a violation of the requirements for maintaining records.
These students were not listed in the electronic class records, however, they were entered into the “Kuboluk” system with the mark “External studies”. There were no corresponding documents confirming their status.
The Department of Education sent a letter to the relevant law enforcement agencies to obtain a legal assessment of the situation.
