  • Whereas, other clinical support services such as the Pharmacy, X-ray/CT scan, Medical Laboratory and Corporate Services (e.g. transport, kitchen, laundry) of the hospital will continue to provide normal services during the holiday period.

The public are advised to look after your health during the festive season, but to seek medical attention early at the nearest health facilities for outpatient services. However, the hospital emergency services remain open for patients needing medical attention.

At these times of bad weather, there are always unforeseen risks, and the public are advised to remain assertive and alert. Patients on long-term medications are encouraged to ensure their supply for the next month is adequate, or to collect their medicines before heading off to their respective homes, whether in town or out in the provinces.

The NRH Management and the staff wishes you a joyful, peaceful and healthy celebration, and a very Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.
