The Planning Manager of the Sierra Leone Water Company (SALWACO), Chrisla Alberta Koroma, through the Managing Director, has conducted a strategic management meeting on the draft Half-Yearly Work Plan and Budget for 2026.
The meeting brought together key members of management, including the Director of Human Resources, Mr. Joe Ansu Foray Esq.; Director of Policy and Research, Mr. Saffa S.K. Bockarie; Director of Operations and Maintenance North-West and North-East, Ing. John Augustine Forewa; Director of Finance, Mr. Frank Lahai Kamara; Director of Internal Audit, Madam Ama Mbayo; Company Secretary and Director of Legal Services, Mrs. Mayiwa Sia Macauley Esq.; Director of ICT, Mr. Moses Daniel Kon-Sopay; Director of Administration, Mr. Denis Macavoray Esq.; and Communications Officer, Victoria Saffa.
During her presentation, the Planning Manager, ChrislaAlberta Koroma, outlined the key outputs, activities, timelines, and responsible persons captured in the draft Half-Yearly Work Plan and Budget for 2026. Management carefully reviewed the document, made necessary corrections, and provided recommendations to ensure that all Directors are fully aware of their respective work plans and budget allocations for effective implementation and monitoring.
The engagement forms part of SALWACO’s continued commitment to effective planning, accountability, and the realization of its strategic development objectives.
