The eleventh edition of the Italian-Serbian Film Festival is currently taking place until 21 September 2026 at the Yugoslav Film Archive in Belgrade. The festival is organised by the “Excellence International” cultural association in cooperation with the Yugoslav Film Archive and the Italian Institute of Culture in Belgrade. The festival director is Gabriella Carlucci. 

The speakers at the press conference were: Gabriella Carlucci, artistic director of the festival; Roberto Cincotta, director of the Italian Institute of Culture in Belgrade; Ivana Veljković, head of the multilateral cooperation group at the Serbian Ministry of Tourism; Uroš Ranković, Expo 2027 Director of the Programme and Content Sector; Jovan Marković on behalf of the Yugoslav Film Archive; Fortunato Cerlino, actor (Gomorrah, Inferno) and director whose directorial debut is receiving its Serbian premiere at this festival; Luigi Saka, producer at Pepito Produzioni; Dragan Đurković, producer of the film The Russian Consul; and Marko Novaković, director of the film Accomplices. Emanuele Avellino Costa, representing the Italian Ministry of Tourism, joined the conference live from Italy. 

From 17 to 21 September 2026, audiences at the Yugoslav Film Archive have the opportunity to view carefully selected titles from Italy and Serbia, with free admission. The Italian films include: Avemmaria, Malavia, La Porta della Realtà, L’Oratore, and Fuori la verità, whilst among the Serbian films, audiences have the opportunity to enjoy productions such as: The Russian Consul, Accomplices, A Mother’s Miracle, The Son’s Will, and South Wind 2: Speed Up.
