Mountain Music Fest (MMF) is not just a music festival. It is a weekend spent in nature, a meeting point of music, art, adventure, and togetherness – a place where moments are chosen over crowds, and music over noise.
Under the slogan “MMF IS THE REASON”, this year’s edition of the Mountain Music Fest (31 July – 2 August) on Divčibare continues the concept that has, since 2016, brought together a community of people eager for a different festival experience – one small enough to remain intimate, yet large enough to offer a world-class programme.
Some of the most prominent names from the domestic, regional, and international scenes will perform at this year’s MMF: Nu Genea Live Band, The Brand New Heavies, Rundek, Haustor & Ekipa, Bajaga i Instruktori, Zoster, Elemental, Nikola Vranjković, Del Arno Band, KOIKOI, Z++, Bigru i Paja Kratak, IDEM, and Ubili su Batlera.
The electronic line-up features performances by renowned DJs and producers, including Marcellus Pittman (USA), Young Pulse (France), Gino Grasso b2b LTJ X-Perience (Italy), Adriatic Social Club (Croatia), Stella Zekri (Germany), Hugo, White City Soul, Marko Pavlović, Tetkine Radosti, Peppe, Tonico70, Nikola Vemić, Džoni Vujović, Timbe b2b Iron, and many others.
More than music
But MMF is much more than music.
During the festival weekend, visitors can look forward to more than 40 additional activities: creative workshops, artistic performances, open-air film screenings, food tastings, sports activities, and numerous events designed for all generations, such as the BoljiOnline workshops, which will help all visitors, especially the youngest, navigate the digital environment better and more safely.
During the festival, domestic film classics “Varljivo leto ’68” (The Elusive Summer of ’68) and “Majstori, majstori” (All That Jack’s / Masters, Masters), digitally restored as part of the A1 Kinoteka project, will be screened. This joint project of the Yugoslav Film Archive (Jugoslovenska kinoteka) and A1 Serbia has been preserving and digitally improving domestic film heritage for nearly a decade, bringing it closer to new generations.
To ensure that thousands of visitors can seamlessly share their favourite festival moments and stay connected, A1 Serbia will provide additional network capacity at the festival location for an even better user experience.
Thanks to the support of the A1 company, a funky little train will run during the Mountain Music Fest on Divčibare to make it easier for visitors to reach the festival grounds, turning the journey itself into part of the festival experience.
The festival, in cooperation with the “Every Can Counts” initiative, will implement the “We Exchange Empty Cans for Full Ones” campaign.
For every ten collected cans, visitors will be able to claim a drink of their choice at the festival bars, ensuring recycling remains an active part of the festival experience. The campaign also aims to raise awareness about the importance of recycling aluminium cans, which can be recycled over and over again without any loss of quality, keeping them permanently in use as part of the circular economy. Through the “Every Can Counts” initiative, visitors will be encouraged to dispose of their cans in dedicated recycling bins after consumption, contributing to the preservation of resources and the environment with their own small steps.
Tickets
Tickets for the festival are available via the Gigstix platform, as well as in person at all Vulkan bookstores. Entry to the festival is free of charge for children under the age of 10. More information about the programme, tickets, and code of conduct can be found on the official website mmf.rs and the festival’s social media channels (Instagram and Facebook).
