Election Commissioner Dr Lealofi Uiagalelei on Monday issued the official proclamation for the 2026 mid term election.

The election will be held Tuesday, November 3, 2026 from 6 am to 6 pm at designated polling places throughout the territory.

The elections are for Delegate to the US House of Representatives for a term commencing January 3rd, 2027 and expiring on January 3rd, 2029.

Members to occupy the 21 seats of the House of Representatives, Legislature of American will also be elected.

The terms of House Representatives also begin January 3, 2027 and end January 3rd, 2029.
