THE ADMINISTRATION OF CURTICI ARAD FREE ZONE ORGANIZES A PUBLIC AUCTION
for the concession of an urban land plot with an area of 907 sqm, registered in the Land Registry (C.F.) no. 369246, located in the Curtici Arad Free Zone – Airport Platform.
The concession auction will take place on December 7, 2026, at 12:00 PM, at the headquarters of the Curtici Arad Free Zone Administration, located at 5 Iulian Grozescu Street, Arad Municipality.
Applicants shall submit their applications for participation at the headquarters of the Autonomous Administration. The application must include: the name/denomination of the applicant/company, address/headquarters, telephone/fax/email number, the asset intended for concession, the activities to be carried out, and the requested duration of the concession.
Applications for participation in the auction shall be submitted between October 23, 2026, and November 12, 2026, by 4:00 PM.
