Saint Roastery is continuing its rapid expansion in Bucharest, opening a new 165-sqm specialty coffee shop inside Business Garden. The location became operational on December 2 and marks the brand’s third café in the Capital, following last month’s opening in Băneasa Shopping City.
Founded in 2019 by Simona and Ionuț Croitoru, Saint Roastery began as a small café near Piața Victoriei and has since grown into one of the city’s most recognizable specialty coffee brands. The company expects to reach a turnover of around €2 million in 2025.
The new café lands in Business Garden Bucharest, Vastint’s office project in the Orhideea–Grozăvești area. With 43,000 sqm of leasable space, the complex hosts major companies including Sparkware Technologies, Sanamed, Regina Maria, Ikea, Schindler, Tchibo, Vel Pitar, Rail Cargo, and Pandora.
The Central-West district remains one of the largest office hub in Bucharest, with a total stock of approximately 629,000 sqm. Vastint’s local office portfolio is set for further expansion with Timpuri Noi Square 2, currently under development and scheduled for completion in Q4 2026.
