The meeting between Donald Trump and Karol Nawrocki in the Oval Office took place in a positive atmosphere, with both presidents highlighting the close bilateral relationship. In a conversation with journalists, they also referred to the presence of American soldiers in Poland.
Asked whether U.S. troops would remain in Poland, Trump replied:
“I think so. Do you know something I don’t? If anything, we could station more soldiers there, if that’s what they want. They have long wanted a greater military presence,” said the President of the United States.

In addition to the substantive talks between the leaders of the United States and Poland, the presidents also exchanged gifts.
The Chancellery of the President posted on social media that President Karol Nawrocki received from President Donald Trump a special gift—a poster featuring a photo of both leaders with the slogan: “You will win!” This referred back to words spoken during the election campaign when Nawrocki visited the White House.
But… Karol Nawrocki, President of Poland, also presented Donald Trump with a highly valuable gift. According to Niezalezna.pl, it was an original armband of a Warsaw Uprising fighter from the unit of Major Jan Tarnowski, codename “Waligóra,” commander of the 3rd District of the Home Army in Wola, which was found in the Wola–Kolonia Wawelberga residential area.
