Prime Minister Luis Enrique Arroyo led a working meeting with State ministers, representatives of the Apostolic Nunciature in Peru, the Peruvian Episcopal Conference, and various authorities to continue multisectoral coordination efforts ahead of Pope Leo XIV’s upcoming visit to the South American country.
This information was shared by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) on X.
Additionally, the cities of Puno and Iquitos are still being considered as possible destinations on the Supreme Pontiff’s official itinerary.
