The Eastern Highlands Provincial Health Authority (EHPHA) has taken a major step towards long-term institutional reform by partnering with the Department of Personnel Management’s (DPM) GESI Division to strengthen Gender Equity, and Social Inclusion (GESI) integration across the provincial health system.
As part of this effort, the GESI Policy Implementation Planning (PIP) session targeted the senior management team, while the Sensitisation & Mainstreaming (S&M) Workshop targeted the middle management team. These workshops recently saw 48 participants in total, from provincial and district levels.
