Clinicians enhance emergency Response skills through the SBBF funded basic emergency care (BEC) training

Clinicians from the National Capital District Provincial Health Authority (NCDPHA) have completed a Basic Emergency Care (BEC) training through the ongoing support of the Sir Brian Bell Foundation (SBBF) project and community engagement initiative of upskilling clinicians in NCD and Central Provinces.

The BEC course can be facilitated and delivered through two models: the Hybrid course, which incorporates 10 hours of online learning & comprehension testing that is later complemented by a 2-day face-to-face classroom-based application and demonstration of practical skills that have been learnt in theory.
