Panama:  Danish coach Thomas Christiansen spoke calmly about Adalberto Carrasquilla and his injury from the team’s training camp, where the group alternates physical training with moments of mental rest.

“I am not taking chances with Adalberto Carrasquilla by putting him in the lineup until we see how well he progresses from his injury. The truth is, we’re happy and relaxed. The hotel gives us that peace of mind, that privacy we need, and the opportunity to work really well with the guys,” Christiansen said.  The Panamanian National Team is preparing for its debut in the 2026 World Cup against Ghana, on June 17 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
