BEANBLOSSOM, Ind. (WISH) — Two people were injured in a shooting at a Dollar General store in Brown County, Indiana, Saturday, according to the Brown County Sheriff’s Office.
On Saturday afternoon, Brown County deputies and emergency personnel were dispatched to a Dollar General store in Beanblossom, Indiana, on a report of a shooting. That is an unincorporated community near Nashville, Indiana, in Brown County. Two people were found with gunshot wounds and they were transported to area hospitals.
Investigators did not immediately provide the conditions of the victims.
Two suspects have been taken into custody, according to the Brown County Sheriff’s Office. Because this is an ongoing investigation and no charges have formally been filed, no names have been released at this time.
