1 critical, 1 minorly injured in 2-vehicle crash near I-65 southbound

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — One person is in critical condition and another person suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash near I-65 southbound.

Just after 2 p.m. Sunday, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers and Indianapolis Fire Department firefighters were dispatched to the area of West 21st Street and 12th Street on a report of an accident. Officers arrived and found a two-vehicle crash scene. One person was found in a white vehicle with critical injuries and another person was found in a black vehicle with minor injures.

Investigators believe the driver of the black vehicle suffered a seizure and crashed into the white vehicle at the light near West 21st Street and the I-65 southbound ramp. The collision sent both vehicles into a fence near the ramp.
