U.S. President Donald Trump announced Sunday that Washington would substantially reduce its military exercises with South Korea, citing his “good relationship” with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and disappointment over Seoul’s unwillingness to partake in the U.S.’ denuclearization of Iran.
