Initial phase of a public rental housing project includes 10000 units at Dagon Myothit (South) Township was under implementation
For 24 housing construction projects, interested Myanmar citizen-owned companies have been invited to submit application for open tender, announced by the Tender Acceptance and Evaluation Committee.
These housing projects will be implemented by the Department of Urban and Housing Development under the Ministry of Construction at Yuzana Housing project phase 3 in Dagon Myothit (Seikkan) Township and Kyansit Min Housing project phase 1 and 2 in Hlinethaya Township.
Tender application forms will be sold from 17 to 30 December during office hours at DUHD Nay Pyi Taw branch and the deadline for submission is 31 December by 3:00pm.
