Heads of Service Organizations transferred and appointed

1. The National Defence and Security Council has transferred and appointed Dr Than Zaw Oo, Rector of Yangon West University of the Department of Higher Education under the Ministry of Education, as Director-General of the Department of Higher Education from the date he assumes charge of his duties.
2. The National Defence and Security Council has appointed the following persons as Heads of Service Organizations, shown against each of their names on probation from the date they assume charge of their duties.
