MFVP urges members to extend the GACC registration.
Companies which engage in exporting food products to China will need to extend their General Administration of Customs of China Registration (GACC registration) in advance, according to an announcement by Myanmar Fruit, Flower and Vegetable Producer and Exporter Association.
Under the GACC registration terms and conditions, applications for an extension must be submitted three or six months before it expires. MFVP said the Plant Protection Division has notified of issuing approval for which Myanmar companies, with expired GACC registration, want to do extension or which companies don’t want to do.
The deadline for issuing approval is 7 December, it said. MFVP urged members to contact MFVP phone number 0943127656 by 6 December if they want to do extension.
