Hands-on auxiliary midwifery course.
For a six-month auxiliary midwifery training course for 2026-27 fiscal year, applications have been accepted, said Kyaikto Township Health Department.
This training course doesn’t involve long-distance travel and it is just located at the township and trainees need to serve within their own community after the course.
Eligible candidates must be those who love their community and are passionate about providing healthcare. Applicants must have completed or be still studying at least basic education (KG+8). must be women between the ages of 18 and 30 (up to 50 if necessary), be in good health, be able to attend the full duration, and have a clean criminal record.
“This training course will help you to be an educated and self-confident woman, specifically you will be an auxiliary midwife who is dependable of maternal and childcare for your community,” it said.
Interested women can inquire at township public health department or nearby rural health offices and register in time.
