Ngatpang, Palau (December 15, 2025) — One person was killed and three others were injured Friday afternoon when a vehicle struck an embankment and rolled in Ngatpang State, authorities said.
The single-vehicle crash occurred around 5 p.m. along the road after the Tabecheding River toward the Koksai area. Officials said the driver lost control of the car, causing it to hit the embankment before rolling.
Authorities confirmed that the driver and all passengers were Bangladeshi nationals. One individual died at the scene, while three others sustained injuries. Their conditions were not immediately released.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash, according to authorities. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
Residents in the area said the driver was employed by Taiwan Farm. No additional information was immediately available regarding the employment of the other passengers.
