Luxembourg’s third Charles Sandwiches opens this Tuesday in Junglinster

Charles Sandwiches has opened its third outlet in Luxembourg, and the first outside the capital.

The chain’s new outlet, at the Langwies 2 shopping centre in Junglinster, was announced in a press release on Tuesday.

Charles Sandwiches currently has two other outlets, both in the capital, on Rue Chimay in the city centre and on Place de Paris in the Gare district.

The brand specialises in Anglo-Saxon-inspired dishes such as the New York pastrami sandwich, the Philly Cheesesteak and the smash burger, all served in generous portions.

Gradual roll-out of seven-day opening

Within the shopping centre, Charles Sandwiches will share its premises with Abitare Gourmet, which will offer a cross between a coffee shop and a delicatessen.

During its first two weeks of opening, the new restaurant in Junglinster will welcome customers from Tuesday to Saturday, all day, from 11:00 to 22:30.

It will also be open on the public holiday on 1 May, with brunch available. Then, from Monday 4 May, the Junglinster outlet will be open seven days a week from 11:00 to 22:30.

In addition to the restaurant area, which will seat 70, the new venue features a children’s play area and an arcade machine.
