On Wednesday the Luxembourg City council announced four new pop-up stores in the centre and Gare neighbourhoods, bringing fresh flavours, design, art, and fashion to the capital.
In addition, a new custard tart kiosk opened at the Cloche d’Or shopping center, serving warm, freshly baked pastéis de nata and Portuguese treats to delight sweet-toothed locals from Thursday onwards.
Casa Baffone
At 58, Avenue de la Liberté, Casa Baffone is a slice of Italy in Luxembourg. The new pop-up spot serves homemade pasta, pizza, pinsa romana, salads, sandwiches, and gelato.
Beyond its culinary delights, Casa Baffone doubles as a gourmet food shop and cultural hub, hosting art exhibitions and private events.

Holocher
For design and tech enthusiasts, Holocher at 38, Rue Philippe II showcases high-end modular kitchens by Holzkunst Holocher, blending German craftsmanship with cutting-edge robotics.
Visitors can explore interactive features like voice-activated kitchen islands in a space where design, functionality, and technology meet.

Que Nata
Here’s the bonus track: From Thursday, custard tart lovers can head to Cloche d’Or, where the kiosk Que Nata serves warm, crispy, and freshly baked pastéis de nata.
Manager Margarida Matos promises 250 to 300 tarts daily – imported from Portugal and finished on-site – alongside coffee and drinks, offering a little taste of nostalgia – and a lot of indulgence – in the city.
