Al-Abiyar — Libyan photographer Saad Al Badri highlighted the essential impact of visual documentation in humanitarian efforts, following his participation in documenting a field training exercise as part of the “Libya Responds” initiative launched by the General Secretariat of the Libyan Red Crescent, implemented by the Al-Abiyar branch.
