The report detailed a meeting in Baku. Anar Guliyev and Issam Al-Tamouni attended. Guliyev is chairman of Azerbaijan’s State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture. He also coordinates the 13th World Urban Forum. Al-Tamouni serves as Libya’s Minister of Housing and Reconstruction.
