Benghazi Education discusses with the Civil Service Bureau procedures for the disbursement of salaries

Benghazi – Benghazi’s Education Comptroller, Belaid Jumaa, discussed procedures with Saleh Karkara. Karkara is the Head of the Civil Service Bureau in the Eastern Region. They focused on disbursing salaries for teachers benefiting from Resolutions 307 and 52.

The Head of the Civil Service Bureau praised the Comptroller’s Office for its efforts. He noted they completed archiving teacher data. The data was submitted via the ministry’s dedicated portal. All administrative and technical procedures were finalized.

Mr. Saleh Karkara added he will follow up with the relevant authorities. He will contact the Ministries of Civil Service and Finance. The goal is to expedite salary payments for all teachers. He stressed their important role in the educational process.

The meeting noted that a specialized committee reviewed the data. It has been referred to the Ministry of Finance. This will allow salary disbursements to begin for all targeted individuals.

The Benghazi Education Comptroller confirmed his office has completed all procedures. These are related to Resolutions 307 and 52. He said, “We are now awaiting the start of salary payments.”

Several officials from both sides attended the meeting. This included the Head of the Advisory Committee, Abdul Razzaq Najm, and the Head of the Budget Management Link Unit, Abdul Salam Al-Misrati. The Head of the Inspection Department, Ahmed Boukhsheim, and the Head of the Cadres Department, Adel Al-Senussi, were also present. Moataz Al-Rubaie represented the Personnel Affairs Department.
