Professor Kananelo Mosito has won his legal battle against the National University of Lesotho (NUL), with the Court of Appeal ordering that he be reinstated with immediate effect.
Court of Appeal rules for Kananelo Mosito
This morning, the Court of Appeal, comprising Justices Petrus Damaseb, Johann van der Westhuizen and Moneuo Kopo, ruled in favour of Prof. Mosito and ordered that the university’s decision to suspend him from his duties and bar him from entering the NUL campus be reversed.
The court has effectively ordered that Prof. Mosito return to work immediately.

NUL to bear legal costs
