Tashiev gives instructions on development of Kara-Koy tourist zone
AKIPRESS.COM – Chairman of the State National Security Committee Kamchybek Tashiev inspected the condition of the Telman-Kara-Koy road, which leads to the Kara-Koy pasture in Nookat district, on September 13.
Previously, 6 km of the road had been paved. An additional 3 km were paved in 2025 using capital investments. Work on the remaining 19 km has now been fully completed, with funding from the state budget.
The new road is 7 meters wide, has an asphalt thickness of 7 centimeters, and a total length of 28 km.
During his visit, Tashiev was also presented with a concept for developing the tourism potential of Kara-Koy, with plans to transform the region into a modern resort area.
Tashiev gave several instructions regarding the concept, including developing a sewage system construction project, accelerating the construction of a cable car, and completing the preparation of tourist hotels before the next summer season.
