President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov announced at the official opening ceremony of the VI World Nomad Games that Russia is ready to host the VII World Nomad Games in Tatarstan in 2028.
«Taking this opportunity, I would like to announce that the Russian Federation has officially expressed its readiness to host the VII World Nomad Games in Tatarstan in 2028. I would like to thank Russian President Vladimir Putin for this. We are ready and will provide the Russian side with comprehensive support in organizing this international event at a high level,» the president said.
The opening ceremony of the VI World Nomad Games is taking place today, August 31, in Bishkek. The main sports program will be held from September 1 to 6 in Issyk-Kul region.
