President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov reviewed preparations for the official opening of the Yrys Ordo Congress Hall in Bishkek.
According to the presidential press service, the complex occupies an area of 14.7 hectares and includes a central building and eight guest houses designed to accommodate official delegations and high-ranking guests.
The Congress Hall is a modern state-level complex intended to host international summits, forums, official receptions, negotiations and other high-level events.
The president inspected the readiness of the complex’s main functional areas and premises that will be used for upcoming official events.
The central building includes the Kurultai conference hall with 1,238 seats, a banquet hall for 1,000 people and a 235-seat press center, as well as halls for negotiations and bilateral meetings.
Sadyr Japarov praised the high quality of the completed work and expressed satisfaction with the facility’s readiness for the upcoming opening.
During his visit, he also inspected the guest houses designated for heads of official delegations. They provide the necessary conditions for the comfortable stay of high-ranking guests, as well as for holding working meetings and negotiations.
The guest houses include living and working areas, meeting rooms and recreation areas.
The president stressed the importance of ensuring high-quality organization of the upcoming events, coordinated work among all relevant services and the necessary conditions for foreign delegations.
The official opening of the Yrys Ordo Congress Hall will take place on August 24.
