Political consultations held between Tajikistan and Bahrain

AKIPRESS.COM – The Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan and Bahrain held political consultations in Manama on November 1, the Foreign Ministry of Tajikistan reported.

The delegations at the consultations were headed by Deputy Foreign Ministers of Tajikistan Farrukh Sharifzoda and of Bahrain Abdullah bin Ali Al Khalifa.

The parties exchanged views on the current state and prospects of developing friendly relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.

Issues related to strengthening political, trade and economic, investment, cultural, scientific, and educational ties were discussed.

Both sides expressed their readiness to further expand fruitful cooperation within international and regional organizations and emphasized the importance of continuing regular political consultations at various levels.
