OTS Secretary General: Turkic Week in Vienna demonstrates shared heritage of Turkic world

AKIPRESS.COM – Turkic Week officially kicked off in Vienna on January 12. The opening ceremony took place at the United Nations headquarters, where a photography exhibition titled “The Turkic World on the Silk Road” was unveiled.

The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Kubanychbek Omuraliev, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony. “It is a great honor for me to open Turkic Week in Vienna—an OTS initiative that showcases the rich heritage, shared values, and future-oriented vision of the Turkic world,” he stated.
