The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has approved a state program for 2026–2030 aimed at improving the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease. An action plan for implementing the program has also been approved.

The government agencies responsible for the program will report on the implementation of the action plan every six months. The reports must be submitted to the Ministry of Health by the 10th day of the month following the reporting period. The ministry, in turn, will submit consolidated information to the Presidential Administration by the 25th.

The measures will be financed within the funds allocated to the relevant government agencies for the respective year, as well as from other sources permitted by law.

The resolution will enter into force in 10 days.
