The Greater Amman Municipality announced the completion of a series of construction and development projects across its 22 districts, with a total cost of JD 3,042,927, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance infrastructure efficiency and public safety in the capital.اضافة اعلان

Key achievements include:

Sidewalks, curbs, medians, and intersections: Projects covered a total area of 56,467 m² at a cost of JD 841,128, aiming to improve traffic flow and create a safer road network across all districts.

Sidewalk maintenance: Maintained 8,219.95 m² of sidewalks for JD 164,399, ensuring long-term durability and safety for pedestrians.

Retaining walls: Constructed 3,589 m³ of walls at a cost of JD 897,250 to prevent road collapses, protect residential properties on elevated areas, and level road surfaces.

Staircases: Built and maintained 3,984 m³ of stairs for JD 239,040, improving pedestrian movement and providing safer access across hilly areas.

Box and pipe culverts: Developed 11,130 meters of drainage structures at a cost of JD 901,110 to ensure effective stormwater management and protect citizens and property.

Through these projects, the municipality aims to enhance citizens’ quality of life and elevate the level of construction services in line with its strategic plan.
