The Kurdistan Region of Iraq announced on Tuesday the killing of 6 Peshmerga fighters and the wounding of 30 others during attacks targeting their forces north of Erbil.اضافة اعلان

In an official statement, the Kurdistan Region’s Ministry of Peshmerga Affairs detailed that two separate “treacherous” attacks targeted Peshmerga headquarters within the Soran district, utilizing six Iranian ballistic missiles.

The Ministry added that this “aggressive act,” which it described as lacking basic human values and the principles of good neighborliness, resulted in the confirmed casualties and injuries.

The Ministry expressed its strongest condemnation and denunciation of this attack, as well as all recurring assaults against the Kurdistan Region.
